some question regarding serpent 2.1.14

Hai all I have some question regarding serpent 2.1.14: 1. I wondering is it reliable, if in the serpent 2.1.14 we combine the thermal scattering law (S(a,b)) with on-the-fly Doppler (tmp) option? 2.
