Re: HPC Install w/o Admin

So we had to upgrade pip to 19.3.1.

Then,

Code: Select all

pip3 install --user -e
works for each user.

HPC Install w/o Admin

Hi, Is there a way to install serpentTools 0.8.0 in a personal directory without administrative privileges? Essentially, I would like to setup the classes and functions in a local/personal manner and just call them as if I had written and placed them there myself so that I do not have to get an HPC ...

Large burnup MPI memory problem

Hello, I am conducting a burnup cycle with 1140 unique burn material definitions/regions. It works perfectly fine on 1 node and 16 OMP but it breaks when I introduce MPI. Every node I am running on is identical with the same amount of RAM available for each core and thread. The only way I have been ...

Source Biasing

Hello, I am modeling a full core CANDU system where I am comparing the flux spectrum at the center of the core vs the peripheral. I'm running into the common issue of good uncertainties in one region but bad uncertainties in another, center and peripheral respectively. When attempting to fix this I ...

Re: Two new methods for choosing inventory nuclides

I'm having a problem with set inventory in Serpent 2.1.31 I'm trying to return just the a%, mdens, and masses of the top 1000 isotopes in several different materials but the command below is still giving me Activity, toxicity, etc. Is there a way to fix this because currently my _dep files are avera...

Zero-Kelvin XS data

Has anyone made a publicly available set of 0K XS data for each of the XS libraries for DBRC or do I still need to build them myself with NJOY?
