Jaakko, I tried to cross check the automatically calculated Beta Effective value by switching off the delayed neutron emission (set delnu 0) However, the difference in k between two runs with set delnu 1/0 is only ~8 pcm. Should it be:
imp_keff = nsf/(abs + leak - n2n)

instead of:
imp_keff = nsf/(fiss + abs + leak - n2n) ?

Jaakko, I think the bug is in the b1solver.c, line 518: p0[n][m]*fxb1[n], 1.0); In this case the collapsing is done for target groups and not for originated groups. Bryan, I made some checks and figured out the following: 1. BURN_FLUX is printed in the *res.m file . For every burnup point BURN_FLUX has a single value regardless to the number of burnable materials. Maybe it's a kind of average. We should ask Jaakko. In my case BURN_FLUX is 3.52E+16 at t=0. I took the flux values (MAT_*_FLUX) from *_dep.m file.
In *_res.m file:
TOT_FLUX is of order of ...E+17
BURN_FLUX is of order of ...E+16

In any case this is too high

Hi Jaakko, I run IAEA Th-MOX benchmark with Serpent and BGCore. K-inf and material concentrations agree very well Slide1.GIF Slide2.GIF However, 1g flux reported by SERPENT is significantly higher (~3 orders of magnitude) than that of BGCore.
