Hi, you are correct. You'll need to use "set pop" in order to get a k-eigenvalue calculation, which is most likely what you want. Hi,

this will give you flux integrated over the surface. If you want the average flux at the surface, you will need to divide by the surface area.

You do need to divide by volume in 3D (and by cross sectional area in 2D).

Hi,

results in 2D geometries are given in "per cm of axial length", so it is enough to divide results with the cross-sectional area of the material.

Glad to hear that you managed to resolve it. Photon transport calculation needs to read in photoatomic cross section data, but it also allocates additional memory for the photon particle structures as neutrons and photons do not share particle banks. These two things will increase the memory consump...
