Depletion does not occur when having materials flow in a cyclic manner

It seems that if the user creates a flow regime which has a material loop back around to its starting material, then depletion does not occur for any material connected with the flow regime. Here is an example input file that has a cube of fuel salt surrounded by graphite subdivided into different material regions that can show this behaviour.

After running this code and checking the depletion output, it can be seen that fuelsalt3 and fuelsalt4 deplete as expected, while the other fuelsalts which form the cyclic flow regime established in rep flowprocess do not deplete.
