Serpent reference

Post by fabioalcaro » Tue Dec 11, 2012 6:04 pm

Hi Jaakko,
I'm submitting a work in which I present some calculations performed with Serpent. Is there a specific format through which I should reference Serpent in a scientific publication?
Thank you in advance.

cheers

Unfortunately, no. I usually refer to the website by adding a footnote "For a complete and up-to-date description of the code, see http://montecarlo.vtt.fi" on the first page of the publication.

I am planning to write a summary of some sort on Serpent 2 when it enters public NEA and RSICC distribution, but that will take some time.
