Greetings,
I was planning on requesting a session with a friend of mine who's over 18. However, since he graduated from college a while back, he no longer has his college email and isn't directly attached to a university.
When talking with a RSICC coordinator, she told me that he'd likely have to pay the recovery fee ($1000-$1250). However, public university professors I've talked with told me that they've never had to pay the recovery fee.
Likewise, I was curious why my partner would likely have to pay the fee and how the RSICC determines who has to pay. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Josh Guertler
How does the RSICC determine who will pay the cost recovery fee?
