I think you would just want some data output that is compatible with a piece of software like iViz

I really like this idea but unfortunately we don't have the resources (or hardware) to start working on VR 3D visualization. I'll be happy to help out, though, if anyone in the user community wants to give it a try. The easiest approach is probably to start working with 3D mesh tallies. Serpent has also options to calculate reaction rates in unstructured OpenFOAM meshes, which might be another good starting point.

I've been working on something like this using ParaView; KitWare recently released some useful tools: https://blog.kitware.com/taking-paravie ... l-reality/ This works very nicely with Serpent's OpenFoam output compatibility. There's also CSV support for structured meshes in ParaView.
