Avery Coupling Coefficients

Hello,

I know that the Avery coupling coefficients capability has been in some 'unofficial' versions of Serpent for a while now, but I was wondering if the capability will ever be added to the official releases. This capability could probably make for some very interesting analysis! I saw a paper at PHYSOR 2018 that used them, and the author said he thinks the capability will be in one of the upcoming releases. Is this true?

Do you mean the paper by Palmiotti et al? Have you contacted the author for the special version?

Yes, that is the paper I am referring to.

I have not contacted them, but I will. I only posted on here because Palmiotti said that he thinks the capability will be merged into the official releases of Serpent. I guess he may have been mistaken.

Thanks!

This maybe the plan. I just didn't recognize the name of the method right away. In any case, the fastest way is probably to contact Palmiotti et al.
