Output Variables in 2.1.18

Post by siefman » Fri Mar 21, 2014 9:46 pm

I am trying to update the Python SerpentXS scripts for the new output format in Serpent2. The old scripts have two parameters (GRPRODXS and P1_TRANSPXS) that I can't seem to find. I was wondering if am just missing their new analogous names, or if they are no longer included in the output? If they aren't, is there still a way for me to axis them or something with a similar meaning?

Thanks so much for any help,

I removed the "old" group constants in update 2.1.18. You can include them by compiling the source code with option -DSERPENT1_GC, but since this option will not be included in the final release of Serpent 2, I suggest you update the script instead. The equivalent "new" group constants are INF_SP0 (scattering production matrix) and INF_TRANSPXS (transport cross section). Note that the transport cross section now contains 2G, not 2(G+1) values. The total is no longer included in the vector.

Let me know if the values are not what they should be.
