I tried both 300K and 293K data, and they both work without any problems.

I used the exact same data. Have you tried running the calculation in another machine?

We have 2 node types: AMD Opteron 6376 and Intel Xeon E5-2698. No success on both.
We use intel/14.0 compiler.

Finally the library works:
1. tar -zxvf directly in linux (instead of unzipping in windows and copying to linux)
2. dos2unix *.ACE
