Performing branch calculations with mixture materials

Hi there!

I have a question regarding applying state variations on materials part of mixtures in the use of the automated burnup sequence methodology
and the "branch" input card.

For example, if I define the following materials:

% --- Moderator water (550 K):
mat water -0.76973 tmp 550 moder lwtr 1001 rgb 0 0 255
1001.03c 0.66667
8016.03c 0.33333

therm lwtr lwe7.10t

% --- Natural boron (550 K):
mat boron 1.00000 tmp 550
5010.03c 0.19900
5011.03c 0.80100

% --- Coolant (500 ppm):
mix cool_500
water -0.99950
boron -500E-6

where the water material "cool_500" is employed everywhere in the lattice I am considering,
what will happen if I define the following coolant temperature branch case referring to the "water"
material instead of the "cool_500" material:

branch brch_CT_600
xenon 1 % Xenon from restart file
samarium 1 % Samarium from restart file
stp water -0.66118 600 lwtr lwe7.10t lwe7.12t
stp boron 1.00000 600

Does this change of temperature implicitly affect the "cool_500" mixture through the "water" material?
Or does one need to refer to "cool_500" in the "stp" input card?

The branch variations are applied before the input is processed, but I'm not sure what happens with mixtures. I think you should get the adjusted material compositions in the *.out output file.
